I winded up calling this company late in the evening when I noticed my a/c was having issues. The receptionist who answered the phone was nice and helpful. She got a tech out right away. Tyson who was the tech who came out was very knowledgeable, respectful, and got my a/c fixed which was a clogged drain pipe. Good customer service is rare these days. I called Friday evening and Brendan was here the next morning! He was extremely polite and helpful and got my system back and running at a great price in no time!
Awesome service Quick response Woke up to the AC not working Called and scheduled for Tuesday - soonest appt. Tech called an hour later and said he could come today. This all on a Sunday He called me an hour later and said he was on the way.
