Dr. Brockert is so fantastic! She is very thorough with her explanations, and doesn’t just tell you what’s “wrong”, she really goes over every detail and explains the WHY. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very sympathetic towards how I felt. I have told everyone I know about her! A million thank you’s Dr. Brockert.
I went to see Dr. Brockert several times and she has helped me with many different skin concerns. During the appointment I never felt rushed or not heard. Dr. Brockert always gives me enough time to ask all my questions and concerns! I have so far had a pretty frustrating experience with this clinic. After going back and forth with them before scheduling my appointment regarding insurance coverage, they indicated to me that my insurance would cover them for dermatology services (which is what my consult was for) and Dr. Brockert also told me during the appointment that she could act as my dermatologist. A really wonderful, kind, and thorough doctor. She really listened to all of my concerns, evaluated each one, and gave me detailed plans on what I can do about them. I highly recommend.
Dr. Brockert is wonderful! She takes her time with you, listens, provides education, works with you to be sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan, and she really cares about her patients. I feel fortunate to have found such a great doctor!
