Dr Brockert helped me out a ton. I went and saw her due to a chronic cough that had been going on for years that nothing had fixed. She quickly identified what she thought was the problem and sent me to see an ENT. The ENT did not think her recommendation would fix the cough and told me I’d need medicine for an indefinite amount of time. I still went ahead and asked him to follow her recommendation and it totally fixed my cough and was able to be done without the medicine. Thank you Dr Brockert!
Dr. Brockert is so fantastic! She is very thorough with her explanations, and doesn’t just tell you what’s “wrong”, she really goes over every detail and explains the WHY. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very sympathetic towards how I felt. I have told everyone I know about her! A million thank you’s Dr. Brockert.
I went to see Dr. Brockert several times and she has helped me with many different skin concerns. During the appointment I never felt rushed or not heard. Dr. Brockert always gives me enough time to ask all my questions and concerns! She respects my preferences for doing less invasive treatments and instead doing more holistic and natural skin care treatments. I have so far had a pretty frustrating experience with this clinic. After going back and forth with them before scheduling my appointment regarding insurance coverage, they indicated to me that my insurance would cover them for dermatology services (which is what my consult was for) and Dr. Brockert also told me during the appointment that she could act as my dermatologist. A really wonderful, kind, and thorough doctor. She really listened to all of my concerns, evaluated each one, and gave me detailed plans on what I can do about them. I highly recommend.
