Came for a wax and this is a great place for first-timers!!! The lobby was soooo cute and nice, the place was clean and sanitized, and the staff is very accommodating! I had Sierra, and she was incredible and did such an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. Definitely returning :))))
Lost me as a client by not honoring what website booked and offered. It is understandable, mistakes happen. When it comes to an error on the businesses end, it’s not professional to have a nonchalant attitude toward the situation, or lack accountability for your systems error.
Atmosphere..amazing. Attentiveness at the front desk...amazing. First time experience getting a Brazilian...nice! Claudia made me feel very comfortable with keeping me informed on what was to come next and just being understanding to my needs. She builds a rapport with her clients and just an extremely down to earth individual.
