Peach Physique is such a special place. All 3 owners are the loveliest and kindest people you will ever meet. I absolutely love love love Peach Physique! The studio is so beautiful and clean. The owners/instructors are super sweet and supportive. I feel so comfortable there with them. They encourage me and help me get stronger each class. I get an amazing workout every time I go. I feel confident and energized afterwards. The instructor always set everything up for you and they explain the class/moves very well. I never feel lost or confused. I highly recommend taking a class even if you’re a beginner. As an introvert who was so intimidated by the thought of going to a workout class, I am so grateful to have found Peach Physique. The team and other attendees are always so warm and welcoming and make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
