My interactions with the vet and techs here were great during my first two visits, but I had a negative experience with the lady at the front checking us out in my most recent visit. She was chatting with a friend when we were there and didn’t stop as I was checking out. She placed the card reader in front of me without looking at me and without a word to me as she was still talking to her friend. I started bringing my dog Mini to Peach Paws since last year because I felt that he seemed less fearful here compared to the previous hospital we used to go to. Recently, Dr. Cho performed a mass removal surgery and dental cleaning for him. Peach Paws has always been so amazing with all of my fur babies. 1) they are so understanding! My dog is 70lbs and can be reactive towards men and other dogs. They allow me to wait on my car and they call me when their lobby is empty so she can go straight to her room. In the room they are so gentle with her and show no frustration when it takes a little bit of time for my dog to warm up. They always told me she’s so cute and sweet. Today, my husband and I were heartbroken to put down our 17 year old Jack Russell because she was in pain. I called Peach Paws regarding cremation and procedure of euthanizing. When we arrived the staff and particularly Dr. Cheryl were so very compassionate and comforting through our process. We appreciate all your kindness.
