Went the first couple of times and the service was great! This time it was terrible. Not sure if it was because there was a rush but didn’t start till 20-30 minutes into my appointment. They cut down my nails after I specifically asked them not to from the beginning. She continued asking me if I wanted to cut them and I told her no, but by the end the length that I had from the beginning was cut in half.
