We have been patients of Dr monal saha for a couple of years now and the service we are receiving lately is horrible . patient is a 6 year old with asthma and due to poor communication she has been without medication for 4 days now . I request the management to look into this problem .
Doctors are good but they charge extra ($50) for a small checkup, or vaccination even if you are 100% covered with zero deductible. Time management needs improvement, appointments should be given due respect with respect to time. Otherwise its a convenient place and easy to approach.
Had an appointment with Dr Dhaval Saha waited 45 min never get to see him finally was seen by the very efficient and sweet nurse practitioner. Very disappointed
