I have had a great experience at this clinic. Ms. Amore, Deepa, and Monal are really good and compassionate. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for Ms. DEEPA , her outstanding service at the front desk and helpful attitude always make me feel valued as a patient. Ms. DEEPA - Thank you for consistently going the extra mile to ensure a positive experience at the clinic.
Front desk is wast. There is no order after check in at front desk. We had checked in first and after there were 6 patients came and they all got in first somehow. I had to ask multiple time to front desk what is going on and response we get no rooms available and waiting to get room. Totally frustrating and don’t care about time commitment. Only thing we keep coming because doctor is good.
the wait time is too long, it takes almost 1 hr from the appointment time.
I don’t even give them one star. Their service is so bad and charge you unnecessary fees because you have insurance. When you call they tell you different rates and once you use your insurance they claim so much. Please avoid them. Front staff has no clue how to talk to the customer.
Love love love NP Amor !!! She is so kind, she remembers me and things about me. Asks how I'm doing with specifics. I can't rave enough about her. Definitely ask for an appointment with her. She's fantastic.
