Extremely rude receptionist when I was trying to ask a clarification question she wouldn't let me finish my question and cut me off saying "It doesn't matter there's nothing available till Wednesday"
Was on hold for 20 minutes, just to have the call hang up on me and then received a text saying they are closed for the day now.... 5.5 hours earlier than their posted time. 8am-4pm? Nope. 815am-11am is more accurate. And I still never even got to talk to a real person. And once reception replied back to my text they we're quite rude. I would reccomend finding a different "walk in" since they're by appointment only now. Would rate lower if I could. Reception is less than helpful. It is a walk-in only in name. Don't expect to get in unless you make a very early appointment.
Some people might feel rushed, but there are not enough doctors so they each need to see as many people a day as possible. Perhaps that makes it seem less personal but the trade off would be people not being able to see a doctor at all, which is worse.
