Would rate lower if I could. Reception is less than helpful. It is a walk-in only in name. Don't expect to get in unless you make a very early appointment.
Some people might feel rushed, but there are not enough doctors so they each need to see as many people a day as possible. Perhaps that makes it seem less personal but the trade off would be people not being able to see a doctor at all, which is worse.
Im pretty surprised with their poor reviews. Yes, there's a lot of people trying to get a family doctor and its frustrating. High demand generally equates to "wasted time" but whats the alternative?.... My multiple visits were quick and clearly as good as they can, usually overworked and understaffed. In my opinion its like a weeding out process that seems necessary to keep priorities first. If you won't go to the clinic an hour early you probably won't be seen. That sucks but not life or death. Don't call it a walk in clinic if you have to register online ahead of time
Very unprofessional receptionists, they were condescending the second we walked thru the door. Will not be returning
