Awful. Started from day one when I showed up as was scheduled with the property manager and she wasn’t even there to hand me the keys. Move out was even worse, I left the place spotless, took pictures. I received I believe $48 out of an $800? security deposit, this was in 2020, for “cleaning fees” sent them the pictures and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend, I’ve only rented from private landlords since then, people who know and care about you, not property groups like these slum lords.

I was a tenant at Peach Alley Court from August 2024 through August 2025. I rented out what I was told was one of the “newly renovated” apartments. My apartment was poorly renovated (missing lights, baseboards that were not attached, paint droppings throughout the apartment, leaky bathtub faucet, etc.) Furthermore, after I left the apartment in August, I did not receive my $500 security deposit. Dawn is the sweetest person I have ever dealt with!! My husband and I rented elsewhere while we were waiting for our house to be built and the apartment complex we lived at sucked. We also tried getting our son into an apartment close by who declined us and again had horrible attitudes. We stumbled across peach alley and Dawn reached out and went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She was super helpful along the way and got him into an apartment within a few days.
