Dawn is the sweetest person I have ever dealt with!! My husband and I rented elsewhere while we were waiting for our house to be built and the apartment complex we lived at sucked. We also tried getting our son into an apartment close by who declined us and again had horrible attitudes. We stumbled across peach alley and Dawn reached out and went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She was super helpful along the way and got him into an apartment within a few days. Terrible place to live also very deceptive… ik multiple people that rented from here an they say for the bs they have to go through with the land lord they would rather live in a center city home…. That’s pretty sad smh… these 2 dude I think they are boyfriends come and go an show apartments an tell you one thing then completely flip the script.. I have seen a total of 7 people break there lease with these people don’t waist your time
My boyfriend and i have been living at peach alley court for almost a year now and we absolutely love it. Our property Manager, Dawn, is so kind and caring. She is very friendly and loves stopping to say hi to our dog. That’s another plus about Peach Alley is the no breed/weight restriction for dogs. We have a 90lbs boxer and really struggled finding an apartment that accepted dogs, let alone large breed dogs.
