I’m not certain if it’s discrimination or just incompetence or perhaps a little of both. I moved into a humble abode that had rodents. I advised them from the moment I noticed droppings. Nothing was done. I finally had a harrowing encounter with the rat therefore they sent their maintenance guy out. All he did was throw poison around and left. I was not having it. RecommendedI've been renting from them for almost 2 years. Have had no issues getting things fixed that I've reported to them. My house is very clean and does not have issues like others say in reviews. Mike is polite and does what he can to fix issues (may not be right away due to having so many buildings but gets it done). If it is electrical or serious Mike gets his crew right on it.
Cockroach infestations and rats nasty as hell and need the health department which has been contacted don’t go thru them they a waste of time

slumlord renting condemned rat infested mold infested dumps. Threatening to evict tenants even with the president order not to..putting for rent signs up when tenants are still there. Threatening to tow Threatening to tow cars and violence.they need to be shut down
trash rental agency. don't let the cheap rent suck you in. never got our deposit back and left the place cleaner than when we moved in. black mold and FUNGUS growing out of the bathroom walls. raised our rent without notice. don't want to fix things. bad people.
slumlords who don't care about tentants nor the condition of property. I have seen almost everyone who rents from them get screwed over!!!! do not rent from these people.
