Absolute cauous, unbelievable 5 hour wait and still not seen by doctor
Longest wait times ever been there 4 hours after calling to see if i should come in, they could’ve said they recommend tomorrow, to nothing, they had enough time to talk amongst themselves about the clothes they were wearing, very unsatisfying, walked out because out of the 4 people who asked Time estimate they couldn’t tell me mine
My husband went to the ER on 8/1 at 5am. with intense chest pain ,within 15 minutes they knew he was having a heart attack within 30 minutes he was on his way to Peace Health SW in Vancouver WA were he had emergency surgery to put a stent in and save his life. The staff at St.Johns were quick to diagnose and get him the help he needed to survive. I can't thank them enough The Dr that did his surgery called his heart attack the widow maker, the scariest term I've ever heard.
Dr Nguyen in the ER is not good at his job at all. Walks around with his hands in his pockets and tells you he doesn’t know what’s wrong with you and if you are ready to go home. No one comes to sit in this ER for hours for no reason. He is very quick with it too like he didn’t even check anything. Very discouraging and makes people not want to come to get care here.
