I don't understand, there is a new way to take blood samples out there for inpatient patients, that does not require a needle why isn't this hospital doing it, so people can quit getting poked with needles all the time, it will make things so much easier for the patients, I have had a couple surgeries there, and during my stay both times for like 5 days, they constantly want to come in and poke u for blood, why not go with the new needless blood draw, it's called the pivo pro!!!!! oh no we can't because we love sticking peop... read more

While I was waiting to be operated on I had to go to the bathroom. My 85 year old mother took me twice previously. At that time they gave me a bed pan which was quickly overflowing and my gown and socks were soiled heavily. I asked them to change me right away. They did not, I was knocked out after ten minutes of being wet. I do not know but suspect they may have operated on me with soiled clothing. Ten years of seeing Peace Health for problems. One visit to another doctor solved my medical issue. Why not before? It's probably about money. They treat mental health patients (@primary care) like we don't have a voice. Also, the after visit summaries are b.s.. They put stuff in the reports I've never said. I'm assuming it's to cover their behinds from being sued. I'm done with Peace health.

Just went to an appt. They said I was there for back pain. I don’t have back pain and never had. I wanted to talk about some medicine I had been prescribed and get a COVID test for a cough I’ve had for 2 weeks. Was told I could ONLY talk to dr about back pain and nothing else. It was surreal. I walked out. Didn’t know what else to do. Very upsetting.

My review is of a visit I had 10/15/20 with Daniel L Castenson, PA-C. This person is a totally despicable excuse for a medical professional and if PeaceHealth ever schedules me with him again I will find another provider ASAP. I went to see him on 10/15/20, as my normal physician Tad Westdale was booked up for a month, with four issues that came up while I was on a two week, 5000 miles road trip, which I told to the scheduler as well as to the nurse before his visit.
