This place is absolutely horrible such a disappointment that Kaiser is even associated with them . The emergency room check in team is not caring for its patients at all . What I really liked was the security staff blowing up latex gloves at the main entrance VERY PROFESSIONAL. HM so I will never use this hospital even if life threatening again. Two bad experiences. So said that the health care system is as bad as the people running the hospital
Took my daughter today, and everyone was amazing. Thank you, Kate, for being so sweet to my girl and for the bear.
