Was terrible service and was very rude when. My family wanted to go see the sick member of our family and didn't let us and yelled at us

MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER OF 28 YEARS WAS ON DIALYSIS, THEY MISSED HER "2" DIALYSIS DAYS! HAD HER ON WAY TO MANY PAIN MEDS ! HER HANDS/FEET SWELLED UP TERRIBLY "TOXINS" I WAS IN A REHAB' AFTER A FALL ~~ THEY CALLED ME SHE'D HAD A HEART ATTACK ~~ SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT "OHSU" IN PORTLAND WHERE THE "SPECIALISTS" IN NEPHROLOGY ARE AT !! MY WORLD IS EMPTY/GONE LIKE MY "FAMILY" ~~~
The emergency department saved me when I had a stroke. Stabi;zed and cared for me while waiting for an opening in inpatient rehab. Inpatient rehab took great care of me and helped me learn to navigate safely and adjust to my new condition. Not as important, but the food was great too! It had been awhile since I was in a hospital and did not expect a restaurant-style menu. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Excellent care, staff is awesome!
Got charged almost 500$ for essentially less than 10 minutes of a visit, and wasn't actually provided any tangible care. Got lead down a path to nowhere from both the hospital and the "secondary billing from the doctor". Neither could give needed information or real answers for my questions, rather just "ask the other one". Total waste of time and space.
