Since Providence has become PeaceHealth the level of care is horrible...I have been with my doctor for several years and have now been denied access to him. Appointments are no longer available with him, either in person or through video when I have an urgent need, like being really sick and missing work. Regular appointments are months out and you must schedule days out for urgent care, this level of care is dangerous, especially if you have a life threatening condition and can't get care immediately from your doctor, this ... read more
Nursing staff was 10/10. Shout out to the ER and ICU teams for their professional, kind, and empathetic care of my mother. Jeanine in the ICU was amazing and Ryan in the IV dept was incredible. Thank you!

By far the worst ER experience I’ve ever had. This is exactly why I avoid the ER at all costs. I arrived at 11pm to rule out a blood clot. It’s 6am and not one person including myself has been called back in over 2hrs, despite the fact there have been handfuls of people leaving. There are senior citizens hunkered over in chairs in the lobby for over 6hrs. Patient with all bloody rag from his face being busted up, that was left to just sleep on a chair, with no follow up. Be admitted to this hospital if you like to be woken by cleaning staff at 2am while they slam things around and blast some Alan Jackson. Thank you Deborah for doing what you were told to do and clean up room 421 @ 2am. Thank you as it had been a long time since I was awoken to the sounds of Alan Jackson's country music.
