If I could give them less than a one star I would. I came here with left flank pain and I had a cyst growing that could rupture. Despite of coming in the ambulance was placed in the ER not in a room because they were “switching shifts” I had to wait 30 minutes in pain just so they can switch shifts. The ER staff is absolutely useless because they just don’t care if you live or not. I came to the ER at 6am and I had to wait 14 hrs until I finally had someone admitting me to the hospital. Came to the ER on the advice of my doctor's office. Seven hours later and a PA made the situation 10 times worse. I am now completely deaf in my left ear and his advice was to go on to Amazon and buy an ear candle. This is a major medical hazard. This PA should lose his medical license. Unbelievable. This ER has had a multimillion dollar external makeover but the internal workings are exactly the same. Absolutely worst ER in the country. The medical staff is second rate at best, I wouldn't bring a rat here for medical care.
Emergencies room made me think my parner was dead all night even though I had clearance to see him but their system is SO OUTDATED that that also gave him a med he has an allergy to right after a very serious and long seizure They actually made him feel worse and wouldn’t fix their damn mistake. Its like greys anatomy drama and NO REAL DOCTORS
There not attending to anyone they are mean and not supportive I was staying here with my baby who was in the nicu and the nurses were complaining about anything I asked them and i requested a certain formula for my under weight baby and they got mad told me do you know how much that cost as if it was coming out of there pocket? And there the ones who told me I need to do half milk and breast milk they didn’t get me what I needed so I had to go buy it my self
