i recently had a c-section ( scheduled for my second baby ) i wanted to share that the doctors,nurses,cnas,kitchen staff, lactation consultants, pediatricians & those others i came in contact with give me the best experience i could have thought of process was smooth fast, informative. they were extremely busy with deliveries in and out of the Or and took the time to check and make sure we had what we needed. thank you to all of my CNAs and Nurses for the two nights i stayed there for making it more than a wishful experience
This review is pertaining to the ambulance drivers/staff. back in January my wife was taken in for diabetic keto acidosis, one of the ambulance staff told me that "I need to try harder" like he knew the inner workings of our life and our relationship. As they put my partner in the ambulance he pulled me aside and said "I'm sorry, I could tell you were getting emotional by what I said". I feel like these comments were pretty unprofessional, and I think it reflects on this hospital pretty poorly.
This is about the FOOD. The doctors ,nurses etc were great. I have a issue with on food for inpatient. When my mom was here about 1.5 years ago the started the call when hungry and order.ok the food was really good. Now 1.5 years later I am the patient and they have differnt supplier and menu but ket me tell you the food is really bad. They need to go back to there old supplier. The people in charge should eat it.
Two people a day die in their ER waiting room while waiting for care.
