After living Lane County for almost 7 years now I have never had an issue with how I had been treated at the Riverbend Facility or it's ER department. Today the turn and burn mentality after you are discharged was insane, here I am just trying to gather myself after what I will tell you was gut wrench of a night where I could hardly stand, was just waiting a few minutes as to not walk half naked through the lobby for my ride who was going to bring me a shirt, walk out with me, and stroll off into the sunset on my dead horse ... read more
They did a great job in taking care of me and finding out what was going on. Their new menu is excellent!
I recently had a procedure at Riverbend. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel safe and at peace.
So I HAD a pretty positive review, but I am changing it because the billing department waited so long to bill for my daughter's birth that my dual insurances are both refusing to pay for it. I've had to involve the state in the matter, and almost a year later it has yet to be resolved.
