07.10.2026 8am the front desk staff (older lady with white hair wearing a green shirt) messed up my ride to get home through insurance, and started yelling at me to shut up when I asked or tried to say literally anything in response. I was calm, sleep deprived to the point of not being able to talk loud, and before I could tell what was going on she was yelling inappropriate things at me for no reason. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. for an emergency room they sure take their sweet time, my girlfriend came in with a burst appendix and they made her wait FIVE HOURS TO BE SEEN!!!!
