I got there via ambulance for spinal issues. It was so bad I was going into fits of tears, couldn't walk, lay, or sit. The only time someone helped me from chair to chair was when I asked the imaging specialist, which was very kind. The only reason i'm giving this place 2 stars is because my nurse and doctor were actually kind and compassionate. Just like the rest of the reviews, dirty and understaffed. Was just in for a cervical spine fusion and disc removal. My care team was absolutely fantastic. However, the communication with my family and waiting was atrocious. I was in recovery for five hours waiting for a room. Why would you cut me open and have no place to put me Everything I saw in there was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned clearly in months. I felt like I was gonna get staff just walking in there.

Nursing staff was wonderful and kind. However the janitorial needs to all be FIRED!!!! Dust and filth everywhere! Watched janitor walk over the same piece of trash 4 times while pulling a trash can! Every shiny surface was streaked horribly. Walked past the same coffee cup left in waiting are 5 times in 24 hours... how are you supposed to keep patients clean and safe when you cannot clean your building!!!!

Shitt receptionist, she won’t even tell u aproxumetly how long the wait it. When we asked to speak to a supervisor she said she did not have one. Also was calling due to a heart condition can’t afford an ambulance and need to now who has the lowest weight time.

This hospital ER has broken my confidence in our Oregon health system and I will never go back again. 6 hour wait to have them prescribe oxy for pain management and sent me away without figuring out what's causing the pain or anything. Also in the 6 hours I waited not once did anyone sanitize a seat or clean anything in the waiting room, homeless are sleeping on the chairs and using it for a place to rest at night.
