My man came in by ambulance and been in his room for 3 hours without being seen! I made a complaint to the head nurse of Zone 6. She told me my man’s condition is far less important to them than the people coming in for strokes and heart attacks. If this is the people you are hiring. Then you deserve to be sued! I wish I could write a review separately for the nursing staff. They are absolutely phenomenal! I have had maybe two bad nurses out of hundreds vs I've had maybe 2 good doctors out of 10 hospital visits. The intake is poorly placed so HIPAA is out the window. You have to announce your health issues with people all around you and no privacy. Whoever designed this is an idiot. My 86 y.o. mom was having very rapid heart rate. I stayed with her to advocate on her behalf if needed. Dr. Paulsen in the ER spoke to my daughter (her caregiver) & then my sister (her medical power of attorney) by speaker phone to thuroughly explore options & plan for my mom's care. I was amazed at his patience/bedside manor. The staff (nurses, labs, care providers) were so kind & caring. My mom lost her voice & I'm hard of hearing. Please do not go to this hospital. I have had multiple experiences here now over the years for various health conditions and each one has been uncompassionate and disappointing. I've experienced hearing doctors speaking of patients personal information outside open doors. I've had and seen others symptoms disregarded as drug seeking or automatically involving cannabis. Love the drs here, everyones been amazing for myself & my daughters. Only issue is the parking! Please be safe driving & always be aware of your surroundings. Parking in the Pavillion is always sketchy. The second to last time I was there someone not only dinged my car with their car door cause they let it fling open, but someone also keyed my car during a super important appt. Noticed it as soon as I got home (no it wasn't on there before the appt & that was the only other place I stopped that day)
