I just left the Peace Harbor walk in clinic in Florence having waited for over an hour in an exam room to see a medical professional. I walked out without being seen, spoken with nor treated. That ain't no way to run a railroad......
Was seen in Emergency after falling and fracturing one wrist and severely spraining the other. The staff were professional and caring ensuring I was as comfortable as possible and that I had assistance in getting back home. After follow up care with Ortho and surgery, the great care continued with pleasant staff and personal phone calls to see how I was doing. Excellent. I had 2 visits to Peace Health ER , Florence, Oregon in the past 6 weeks. The last visit, I was admitted to the hospital. The doctors, Dr. Foster, Dr. David Parks and Dr. Horton were my doctors. My care in ER and my hospital stay was exceptional and and very professional. I thank you 3 doctors, RN's, aides and other employees for my care. Vivien Dutton
