Not very nice receptionist. I guess be sure to call immediately when you find out you’re pregnant or you won’t be able to receive care. My due date is 7 months out & they can’t see me because they are booked through September already.
Called to schedule an appointment couldn’t get anyone to pick up during working hours. Kept trying and when I finally did manage some sort of contact I was kept being put on hold only later to be told that someone would call to schedule and I have yet to receive any call. It’s a bit disheartening that this is the urgency when it comes to prenatal care. Will be looking for care elsewhere.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience with PeaceHealth. With our first pregnancy we were at OHSU which was a wonderful and professional place. They really took the time to listen and nothing ever felt rushed. At PeaceHealth, my main OB (Dr Griffith) is always a minimum of 15 minutes late but one time she was 25 minutes late. They tell you to do one thing and then "lose notes" or don't even write notes and then tell you too bad so sad. This was an appointment for a follow up from the ER for a sexual assault. Unprofessional. They expected ME to remember the name of the nurse who set up my appointment weeks ago??? That is absolutely not my job to keep your notes.
Had a wonderful experience, after having two pregnancies and births with the team here. I have state insurance and wasn't treated any different. Everyone has always been so kind and considerate, truly cares about their patients and what their patients wishes and desires are. I personally have worked with Dr. Whalen and Lindsey and they are the sweetest:) I had also had Dr. Amrine & Dr. Duggarela as my delivering Doctors, and they made things easy and eased my nerves through the process.
