Dr. O'Brien the best. Attentive, kind & effecient.
The office staff, reception, and nurse add wonderful. The doctor on the other hand was another story. He was very rough with my infant daughter, making her gag due to him being impatient. It was almost like he’d never worked with a little child before. It felt very rushed. We saw Dr. Jordan J. Allensworth MD. We got what we needed but he was not very friendly, especially to a mom struggling with a toddler. Also waited 20 minutes past my schedule time to be seen.
I went in twice so far to get a cyst removed with no insurance and both times the doctor did literally nothing. His advice is to wait another month to “ see what happens.” I feel like a science experiment. After a month he said they might schedule me for surgery to remove it in 2 more months. So I need a 3rd doctor visit in a month where they do nothing again before I can schedule to get my cyst removed. What a joke. The doctor has a complete lack of empathy and even laughed at me.
