Nice and friendly clinic, very professional
I was seen today by Matthew Dangleis at the urgent care clinic. I have complex and pretty scary chronic issues (spine) and he was the first care provider that I felt really understood what I am dealing with in all its complexity; not only that, I felt “seen” which is so rare. That, in and of itself was healing. He is an exceptional and deserving practitioner worthy of the highest regard.
The staff and doctors are excellent and very friendly. It was a bit difficult to get appointments when the facility was new, but it’s much easier now—as long as you know which provider is there on which day. The website could be easier to navigate, but overall scheduling has improved. The walk-in clinic, or “Sick Call,” is a really nice option for getting seen quickly, as long as you don’t mind which provider you see.
