I have a stuck kidney stone that has caused me to be hospitalized twice. They won't even see me because it's "not urgent." They informed me that I can just go to the hospital again if it flares up. Maybe they would like to foot the 10k-12k hospital bill next time. No wonder they only have 2 stars. They are completely useless and unprofessional. They did have one good idea, that I can just go somewhere else.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We’ve been to the peacehealth ER twice for one kidney stone that is stuck. ER Dr said to follow up with PeaceHealth Urologist and gave referral. PeaceHealth urology requires a referral and does not accept hospital referrals so we had to make an appointment with our primary care provider, causing more time to go by, have them make the referral and then wait for that process. Was told because I’m a new resident of WA that he would not even schedule me to be seen. There are legality issues here but not worth the time. Understand the office is understaffed but to flat out refuse to schedule even if months out is just ethically wrong. Legacy Urology scheduled me. They are farther away and understaffed as well but have much better business practices.
