Trying to call them at 3:50 on a Thursday. Website says they close at 4pm and no answer. This doesn't help the fact that I was calling to complain about an interaction with an employee. They have a man that works there with too much gel in his curled mustache and not enough customer service skills or common decency. I had an employee drop off a sample at the lab and didn't see a sign in sheet. Mustache proceeded to berate my employee about how it was obvious that there was a sign in sheet. Dr. Taylor somehow gets away with constantly putting off work and raking in the cash. Wouldn't conduct a full physical and laughed about it immaturely, still charged me for it. Wouldn't meet me in person for a cough, still charged me for a full hour video call (was 5min). Wouldn't give me a basic list of required vaccinations over the online chat, said I needed to come in to get any answer (would charge me even if there are none). Avoid this joke of a man. Other reviews online repeat my sentiments.
Peacehealth southtown lab website says open today. Arrived at site to find sign taped to door that they are closed today. Please update website hours when closed to avoid wasting people's time.
