I have always had great service at peace health and I love my doctor. I just don’t understand why I had an x-ray on my foot six days ago and I haven’t gotten the results yet. I am in PT and the PT‘s can’t really help me unless they see to make sure that my foot is not broken. What the heck is going on? They even told me there was people that were gonna be coming in on the weekend reading the results.Liz Church
I got in and out really fast and the lady upfront was amazing but the guy that took me back for the X-ray was rude and made unnecessary comments. I'm not sure what evidence he had to make such comments either.
…where to start… I’m sure everyone there is nice and lovely, but my doctor sent referrals directly to the fax 4 times (over the course of a several weeks) — I called 6 times — and they never even found my referral. This includes the 1 time I was notified that they had received it. I’m not sure if they just decided not to accept the referral and chose not to mention any of the times I called (this would not be the first time St John’s denied my referral) or if they just lost it 4 times….
