I got in and out really fast and the lady upfront was amazing but the guy that took me back for the X-ray was rude and made unnecessary comments. I'm not sure what evidence he had to make such comments either.
…where to start… I’m sure everyone there is nice and lovely, but my doctor sent referrals directly to the fax 4 times (over the course of a several weeks) — I called 6 times — and they never even found my referral. This includes the 1 time I was notified that they had received it. I’m not sure if they just decided not to accept the referral and chose not to mention any of the times I called (this would not be the first time St John’s denied my referral) or if they just lost it 4 times…. Today, I had a procedure done at the Imaging Center at Peace Health. Brody (PA), Holly and Stella couldn’t have been any more professional, personable or compassionate! I sincerely appreciate having each step of the procedure explained and the opportunity to ask questions. Their expertise made for a stress free experience.
