The surgeon was great and did a great job, which is the most important thing. If I was reviewing the doctor it would have been 5 stars. The rest of the staff her leave something to be desired. They made me change my original appointment to a time that was convenient for them (was difficult for me to make it at the time but I made it happen to do them a favor). I just got off the phone with General Surgery. I was calling to see if I could get in to see a surgeon earlier than my currently scheduled appointment, because I ripped my hernia even more and am in a lot of pain. The caregiver on the phone was very short with me and did not listen to me at all. She said "the patient needs to see gastro? The patient needs a referral to gastro."
