Maggie Gustafson ARNP is a great provider. She listens well and is both thorough and efficient.
My experience with care at PH Fairhaven started out fairly positive- its a smaller and newer clinic so the facilities are clean and welcoming; however I’ve felt increasingly disregarded by my physician over time at this location which has led me to seek out a new PCP at a different doctors office. My PCP at PH Fairhaven seemed very nonchalant and nonconcerned over changes in my condition that were alarming to me. Like G Penn posted- I loved this location and I love my doctor- for years I have been super happy here- and then recently they changed their billing practices in such a way that my every appt- no matter how short, straightforward, and simple- is billed as “complex” (which is not covered by my insurance) so what used to be a $15 copay is now $50.
