I was late to my apt by almost 20 minutes today. I had to reschedule for tomorrow to do this all over again. This time I will leave Battle Ground 2 hours before my appointment to be sure I make it on time. I drove from Battle Ground to Vancouver. There were so many cars on the highway with lanes backed for 20 minutes just to get to another stop light. None of them are in sync so you have to stop at each stop light. Judgemental, unprofessional staff. From the front desk all the way to the licensed doctor. Instead of treating me, Dr. Whitney told me to go online to get help. I have premium health insurance and I will be taking it elsewhere.
Dr. Clarke is professional, thorough, compassionate, and one of the best physicians to ever treat me. She LISTENS!
I called them back after they left a voicemail for some test results. The lady i talked too, can't remember her name but she was rude. I can tell in her voice like I was bugging her, u professional. Don't take it out on us customers. Place isn't the same after peacehealth took over
Dr. Clarke and her team are amazing! So thoughtful and thorough. Feel very well cared for.
