I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. The people are nice, and my counselor here has been awesome. I intend to keep coming here for therapy sessions and have only had positive experiences.
I have received excellent care since coming to Cascade Park Behavioral Health 3 years ago. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
I am filing a complaint against psychological services in the United States with inspector general, as I doubt that these services are truly here to help people. I believe that there is a collusion between pharmaceutical companies that supply psychiatrists and the psychiatrists themselves, leading to potential antitrust violations. Dr. Schwei* was very condescending about a web of miscommunication that happened due to the shuffling of doctors over the course of my daughter's treatment ( not by my doing, i just got whoever was filling in each time). He cut me off repeatedly and would not let me explain why I was having trouble recalling information. And he kept asking things like "do you understand?" So many times, I felt extremely belittled. Reception is nice and the building is beautiful but that’s about it. It’s difficult to find and the staff can be really rude. I gained weight due to depression and chronic fatigue and the nurse made a comment about how much I gained. I have a past history of eating disorders. The doctor I worked with was rude and dismissive. Using outdated terminology and diagnosis that no longer exist.
