Absolutely horrified by the service from this office. I witnessed the front desk staff be incredibly rude and abrasive when I came in today. I asked the individual at the front desk for assistance with a wheelchair (I had my grandmother outside and she desperately needed the help), and they told me that they had some but to "find another office to help". I had a 7:45am appointment that we arrived very early to but ended up waiting until 8:30am before being informed that the surgeon was overbooked and to come back tomorrow to see if “maybe we can squeeze you in somewhere”. It's frustrating because appointments are meant to prevent overbooking and this is causing everyone to experience a huge waste of time. the hours posted on here are wrong. wasted my time
My wife and I went in for her to be checked out because of some health issues(obviously) and instead of seeming concerned for her health they let her sit in the waiting room for 4 hours. The front end staff was okay.
