The department relies heavily on copy-and-paste templates for their chart notes and fails to properly update the review of symptoms at each visit. Useless. Do no harm? LMAO . Counselor suggested i lie to OHP to get insurance. Psychiatrist told me to prepay for follow up sessions after being hospitalized even though I was in the process of applying for financial assistance. Dangerous practices

I was rescheduled twice. Before I went in for my assessment I specifically asked if I could do Telehealth & they said yes. At my assessment I verbally informed the individual that I can only do Telehealth bc it's too crowded, there's no parking & it freaks me out. I get a call to schedule my first appointment. I told them that I could not come in. There response, "sure, no problem, we've got you down w blah blah for Telehealth. Yeah, no that didn't happen. It was in office.
