I’ve had many sessions with Janell. Her work is deeply healing and she is very intuitive and present. She has a keen ability to ask the right questions to deepen the experience. She has an amazing touch and a gentle, kind spirit and I always feel a sense of bliss after every session. Even the space is blissful and beautifully done. I highly recommend her!

I have been a long-time customer of Peaceful Sole. Janell has helped me get through some rough times over the years. I originally went to her for help with my restless leg syndrome (RLS) but found her expertise to be so much more! My first session at Peaceful Sole Reflexology was an amazing transforming experience. My whole body was relaxed and energized in a way that I had not experienced before (better than a massage!). Janell is a trained professional with a gentle touch and her studio has a peaceful ambience perfect for relaxation. Can't wait to treat myself again! I highly recommend Janell's work.

Janelle is fabulous. The space is warm and calming. The reflexology helped remove tension and identify problem areas. Life and Nutrition coaching was helpful and provided plan to follow that was not overwhelming. I left feeling calm and clear. Definitely worth a visit!
