They accidentally charged us for some maintenance, looked into it, and removed the charge right away. The main owner is easy to work with and we are happy to be working with these guys.

If you are planning on renting with them DO NOT. If it’s too late and you signed the lease BREAK IT. Only rent with them if you want miserable customer service, the worst property management in the United States of America, and horrible living conditions.
