It was an awful decision for Peaceful to lay off experienced property managers and replace them with AI agents. This decision makes it feel like the company does not value either its long-tenured employees or its tenants. Renewing my lease has been a nightmare. I responded to the initial renewal email, selected an option, and agreed to the renewal. I then received another email asking me to complete my renewal, indicating that my original response and agreement had not been properly recognized or processed by the AI system. ... read more
Worst company ever. Didn’t take care of my problems. Charges you for bs benefits. Just to get service was jumping through loop holes even than it wasn’t fixed. Don't use this company.
They accidentally charged us for some maintenance, looked into it, and removed the charge right away. The main owner is easy to work with and we are happy to be working with these guys.
Emil is a stand up guy and will make things right.
