We’ve used peaceful passing twice and it was a very heartbreaking but peaceful experience. To start, whoever is on their phones is wonderful. I had to cancel a couple of times cause we kept changing our minds and they were so so so understanding and never once made us feel pressured. They were also very flexible with times and were able to come later after our kids went to bed. That was so special to us to have that time with no distraction. As I’m sure is the case with many pet owners, putting our dog down was one of the most difficult things we’ve ever had to do, but the entire experience with Peaceful Passing was worth every cent. Being able to say goodbye to our family’s companion and grieve in the privacy of our living room - where he truly passed peacefully to the Rainbow Bridge - was a decision we’ll never regret. I wouldn't hesitate to use Peaceful Passing in the future when the time comes. The doctor was so wonderful and understanding. She made what could have been an awful experience better.
