Had my first massage today and it was a wonderful experience. I’ve had massage therapy for much of my life, and this was definitely a great experience.
Had an incredible prenatal massage at Peaceful Minutes - highly recommend! I felt that Lisa listened to my concerns / pains, and the massage was tailored to address my issues. She also made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which was much appreciated. Again, highly recommend and can't wait to try out other massages with her postpartum!
My 18 year old son developed a horrible headache that wouldn't go away for over a week. He took so much medication that it was making him feel ill too. One session relieved his neck and muscle tension and his headache is gone. Lisa is a miracle worker in my opinion. Thank you!
