Quality is a major issue with Peaceful Homes. I had FOUR separate ceiling leaks in less than 2 years. I moved into the unit with a missing light fixture, a non functional ceiling fan, and almost no hot water at the kitchen sink. The plumbing in the building had leaks, clogs, and frozen pipes. I had to caulk multiple rooms of my unit to fill large gaps where cold air was coming in. The deadbolt on my front door had to be replaced because of how poorly the previous one had been installed. Great service from a great team in Lancaster, PA! They are professionals and know the municipal requirements, local officials, and markets.
Liars, liars. Dealing with these people was the worst experience of my life. I waited for more than an 2 hour and a half for a tour of a facility I was interested in, and no one showed up
DO NOT RENT OR HIRE. I don't believe this company is as ignorant as it pretends to be. They know all about what they do not have to fix/maintain legally but play ignorant to actual legal issues. They will come on the property and begin working without any notice. They do not communicate and will not respond to requests until you threaten with legal action. Absolute joke of a property management company.. whatever you do, DON'T rent from them. Stay very very far away from these people. They try to step over your rights as a tenant, they send people out to do work orders that don't know what they are doing, that then lie to cover up their crappy work. They like to act big and bad from behind a screen but won't tell you who you're talking to. They don't apologize when they are in the wrong. No, instead they act childish and petty.
