I'm really thankful for Barry's service. His patience and flexibility with me while I was an emotional mess will not be forgotten. He explained the process, set up a range of days when I could call him to come to the house and answered all my questions prior to starting. This is a service you never want to write a review about but I would recommend it to anyone who loves their pet and wants to make them comfortable as possible. Dr. Rickman made the most painful day of a pet owners life bearable. We had an 18 year old kitty who was losing his battle with kidney issues (his medications, special cat food, etc. were no longer working) and he started going downhill quickly (4 days). Dr. Rickman was so accommodating as we had snow issues, and for 3 days nobody was able to get up our street.
