As someone who works long hours from home, I started suffering from lower back pain. Julia from Peaceful Abiding not only provided an amazing massage that really helped work out some problem areas, but she taught me SO much that I could do at home as well. I've since been doing daily stretches that she recommended and have been going back for a massage every 2 weeks since.
