Love PeaceBox! Great 8 week class allowed me to learn how to start a meditation practice!
Very relaxing and yet energizing at the same time! I can always look forward to total immersion into a peaceful and spacious place that takes me out of the chaotic world environment and allows me to experience the moment and a glimpse of the eternal now. If home meditation is proving too distracting and you long for some guided counseling or a delicious bowl massage, I encourage everyone to give the Peace Box a try!
