This place has gone down hill since Covid. And since you can't get into the office to talk to Dr. Paul it's a back and forth with the techs and that's just a problem in itself. The staff is rude and unprofessional and they don't care about your animal. They close the last day of the month which maybe I'm the only one that didn't know but when you call the voicemail should say the correct message not for previous ago months.
