Rented a kayak for less then the time I rented it for and they refused to give a refund
Terrible experience! Thank you manager Mary for this. The story. It was my birthday, and I wanted to rent boat. When I came first time around 1pm they said that they gonna work till 4.30 ( for rentals) and till 6pm for bringing back stuff. I decide to come later when sun will be not so hot. When I came at 4.20pm Mary said that she decided to close earlier. 🤷♂️She refused any of my arguments, that I was specially waiting till this time.
