I was at first skeptical of the eCounseling model; however, I found it to be extremely beneficial. The convenience and flexibility allowed me to participate in therapy in the comfort my home. Rhonda is extremely helpful. She was able to make the situation relatable, clearly identify the root issues, and formulate an action plan to ensure I was prepared to handle them going forward.
