I was a patient of Dr. Isbell’s for 7 years and she decided to abandon me as a patient without any notice or notification or warning. The office doesn’t ever answer the phone. After missing two appointments in a calendar year for work related problems, they abandoned me as a patient without telling me. I was never told this policy. Used to go here about five to seven years ago - and yes the doctor I am referring to is still here. Was dismissed for a supposed immunoassay based positive drug test for Marijuana, refused (which is to say not allowed to request) a confirmatory drug test to prove it was a false positive, and not allowed to submit a extensive documention from another doctor who had done a more stringent test quite literally the day prior with no positives for any substance. Utilizes the Medici telehealth app which is no longer available and when asked what to do, I was consistently told to just open the medici app. Which is hard to do when it is no longer available on the app store to install. Would highly recommend looking somewhere else if able.
