Using contracts to legally steal from renters is inexcusable and their unwillingness to assist or admit error was unbelievable and I’m more than angry. I will NEVER recommend them or work with this office again. Make sure you have an attorney review their contract before you sign anything, or you could find yourself losing money like we did.

I am sorry you feel that way. You signed your Lease agreement about 1.5 years ago and a lease renewal about 6 months ago. The initial lease was sent to you and your agent representing you via email prior to your signing the lease. If you did not like the terms, you have a choice not to sign the standard AAR Lease agreement that we use and a choice not to sign the renewal.
