As the lessor of a unit that this company has managed, I’ve never experienced lack of ownership and knowledge (in any domain) at this level. Our tenant is great, but this company drops the ball so often, we didn’t know until months later, they approved our tenant. The lady I talked to on the phone the other was a real joy. She told me she would text me when the house is finished and she actually remembered to do exactly what she said. Most people wouldn’t even remember to call back. I think her name is Logan Owens!! At first I thought yea she’s not going to call but she did. I won’t be able to make it to the open house because I’m in hospital but I am sending my daughter. My daughter know what I like! Hopefully it’s a keeper

When I did my application they call me back the next day and Logan call me back and she just needs some more questions for me but she said that she was going to call me back the next day but she call me back the same day to tell me congratulations that I got the house and now I'm loving my house and the street are so quiet thanks Logan and Keith for doing a great job

Great group of people! My first maintenance call was handled very quickly and they got back to me within 15 minutes. Very thankful for them being so prompt! 6 stars if I could
