During our residency, we dealt with lack of concern for our safety and health. From the A/C breaking down 3 times in 2 years to black mold that was causing our family to become sick and our dog to experience seizures. We were unable to open windows during the A/C outages due to storm windows and lack of screens on the windows which we told them several times.
