An amazing retreat from the rigors of life. Love this space to just be me.
The best massage I ever had. I am completely pain free for the first time in about 40 years . over 12 hours later and still no pain. I've been carrying my twin grandbabies around all day so that's really saying something. I'll be back every time I visit Denver, for sure.

I had the pleasure of attending a fall equinox retreat led by Elena, and it was better than I ever anticipated! This was my first yoga retreat, and Elena made me feel right at home immediately. The weekend included many heart opening activities, and we also had plenty of time for r&r. I could not recommend this more! Peace of Mind Massage has a peaceful & welcoming atmosphere. I had an upper body massage to work out some severe tension/knots & Sarah Michelle did a great job of focusing on the areas that are bothering me the most. She is an awesome massage therapist and a friendly person overall. I would definitely go back again, but I am moving out of state this week. I highly recommend Peace of Mind Massage & Sarah Michelle.
