Heather was amazing! I had another anatomy scan done somewhere else before coming to POMI and the other ultrasound tech was unable to see or missed multiple things. Heather at POMI made sure to go over those areas and double check for me! The my hospital also needed the images later and Heather was very quick to respond and help me get those. I am so thankful for her and professionalism!
I paid for my daughter to have her very 1st ultrasound that I scheduled for AFTER I got off work at 5:30pm so I could be there. Mind you, it should have been 15 minutes long. Well.......she was taken back at 5:15pm and done and in her car by 5:22pm. I didn't even get the chance to walk in before she was out. I have used multiple Ultrasound places for my other kids and never had any issues. Will not be returning here in the future. Also called the same day, received the voicemail, and never received a call back.

I have been in healthcare since I was 17 (pre med biology degree and masters degree in healthcare admin) and have experienced and seen the system become less and less caring and only let insurance companies dictate the care.
