Ed provided the most thorough and detailed home inspection for my new condo....which is exactly what I wanted! No detail was left behind. Highly recommend!
Phillis was great even gave me a reminder call! my inspections had to be done within a week and she got them done after backing out of the first house i called them back and got the same results with Phillis absolutely perfect!!! Ed came to do both inspections and gave me knowledge on how to keep water away from house and a number of other pointers on how to keep the home in good shape. it was a great experience and will use and recommend in the future. thank you
We were recommended POM by our realtor and working with them was an absolute pleasure. They were responsive, knowledgeable, kind and very professional all with a fair price (another company quoted me $300+ more for the same services). The home inspection was finished at noon and by 9 pm that same night the report was sent to us. A very nice husband and wife team and a no brainer to support a local small business. I would absolutely recommend to any one in need of a home inspection.
