The first time I saw this doctor was about 17 years ago and I would recommend him. He is the only doctor that has ever called me on my cell phone after receiving my medical records from another place.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. I paid $180 for an appointment and never received my prescription. CVS confirmed multiple times that they never received anything from the doctor, yet every time I called the office, I was told, “It was sent.” After going back and forth and getting nowhere, I eventually gave up. Medical staff and doctor all great here no complaints i want to priase the atmosphere the great service and the great attention and care the Dr. Milne provided to me consistently. Never going anywhere else they're great here, as long as doc is practicing ill see no one else! Would leave 10 stars if i could.
