Awful service for seniors. When I spoke to the company (several times) they do tell me about their parents Rabat are dead, dead or make mistakes instead of taking accountability for not calling, not showing up or miscommunication on their part. There is a huge lack of accountability. The most recent problem is the nurse has not shown up to my dad’s appointment for going on6 days!!! 6 days and he is supposed to have car twice a week.
