So I recently visited the ED twice this week. I’ve been here before. No doubt I’ll come again. But this week I have a few comments. Dr. Junn (on the first visit), Dr. Maddox (on the second visit. Their staff are unprofessional and have sent me multiple bills even though I owed nothing because my insurance covered my cost. Their billing department lies to patients.
I'm not sure if it's PeaceHealth Harbor Florence or PeaceHealth Harbor Riverbend, but either way it's clear that the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing and they have the most incompetent scheduling department I have experienced in my long history of scheduling for health related tests. I could go on and on about how bad they are, but what's the point, they don't seem to care and nothing ever gets done about it.
